Fantastic product! I really don’t know why people still build with wood. I look at traditional builds totally different now. Nothing compares to the perfect block in my opinion. They really nailed the name. Our house in southern Louisiana is 3600 sq ft of air conditioned space and our electric bill hasn’t hit $200 yet. We’ve been in for two full, hot summers. Definitely want to build another one for a rental. It was also a fun project to be personally involved with. I’m no builder, but this was easy to learn how to install and it went up very nicely. We did have a blowout when we were grouting because the concrete company didn’t listen to me and used too large of a hose when they pumped. However, the repair was an easy fix with some extra block we had and a couple of cans of glue. If you’re building a house, you really need to look into this product. It sort of sells itself.
